That looks ideal!! Just searched their locator out of South Lake Tahoe and Scheels is the #1 listing. They ain't got it. Was there Friday. They do have several Hobie 12' pedal boats starting at $2,800.

As far as expensive things go, it's all about snobbery. When I fly fished a lot I had a $200 rod. I caught more fish then any of the asshats with the $2000 Sage or Loomis rods. When I hunted duck and upland a lot I shot more game with my $200 Winchester 1200 then the guys toting around $4000 Benelli's. When I MTB a lot I rode harder on my $800 Cannondale M800 hard frame then most of my buddies with $3500 Gary Fishcers. It ain't the tool it's the person using it. lol

OH FFS!!! I have been to Carson/Reno twice in two weeks tryna' get a boat... This Tamarack looks spot on! And a pretty good price!

I called and spoke to Carlos and he says they have two. I'll prolly go have a look in the morning... Unless you buy both!!

It's also got a better warranty then the Pelican. 5 year vs 2 year. I'm going over to have a look. I won't buy both as long as I can borrow yours when the wife wants to go paddling. You can borrow mine anytime as well.
