Yeah that's why I mentioned that I ordered after you from the same vendor and haven't received shipping notification, so must be random orders

Got my SS3 SAE Driving Pros installed tonight on my 4R and they are pretty dang awesome. I love that the mount is powder coated too. In this pic, the top is low beams (XD Philips XV2 HID)/SS3 Pro fogs (6000k), middle pic is low beams and high beams (DDM Saber 50W LED - 6000k), bottom pic is low beams and SS3 SAE Driving Pros in 6000k Photo_2020-01-04_09-29-18_PM.jpg

I might get rid of my OffRoadTown SAE for these Diode Dynamics SAE SS3 lights. I have a steel plate bumper and the face is angled, any idea what the angle is on the Diode Dynamics angle mount 3" pods? Curious if it would match up to the angle of my bumper?

    -Separate question .
Do the SAE/DOT driving pods have a maximum height they can be mounted? It looks like those are mounted up on the ditch light mounts, which are much higher than the headlights are.

    Thanks

If you're asking about auxiliary high beams (not fog lights), I just had that question answered in the headlight thread.

In California, they have to be not more than 42"

I would suggest checking your state's motor vehicle code.

Just got my @Diode Dynamics SS3 Sport fogs in. I'm happy with the output. The construction is really nice and the yellow is super saturated. I was parked on a hill in the photo attached so it looks like my beam pattern is higher than it actually is. @Diode Dynamics SL1 in low beams.unnamed.jpg

I think a lot of us took the chance and just bought. Hoping we won’t regret after seeing the review. Lol

Well there was zero chance I was paying full price for these so I had to take advantage of a sale if I was going to get them.

While I would’ve like to have seen crashnburns review beforehand I think it’s obvious from everyone else’s input and pictures, plus some comparisons I was sent personally, that the SS3s are an excellent product.
