That's nothing. These will do you just fine. You'll be able to feel it when you get your hands on a set.

I've had good luck with West System epoxy, another option anyhow.

I think you could do that with a riv-nut if you filled in the area with epoxy.

Not sure if @memario1214 can get ss3's but would be a good place to ask about a good deal on led's.

I can't sell anything at much different rates than DD's pricing (outside of sales periods), but shoot me a PM with what you are thinking or if you need some direction and I can certainly get you hooked up!

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
I haven't been keeping up on this thread like I should. I read the review for the DD SS3s and they do look interesting, but is it still true that the brackets for mounting in the oem location don't quite fit our Gen3 Tacos and one can only use 2 of the 4 screws for mounting? This would kinda' bother me.

There is only one screw for our 3Gs per side (even with OEM) and the other side fits into a groove. They are sturdy for me, and they fit quite well actually. There’s a tiny gap on the bottom that isn’t noticeable unless you’re looking for it. I am extremely impressed with them after switching from the KC G4’s to SS3 pro’s.

They use one screw just like OEM. Mine are very sturdy and fit very well. I was impressed with overall quality.

Kinda wish I went with the pro...is there that much of a difference in how wide the fogs go? I bought the sport and just installed them, not sure if I want to exchange for the pro ones.

    Just want some suggestions.

I went sport too. Value proposition was just too compelling. Below 2/3 the price for 85%+ the performance? But I don’t expect to ever actually use them either.
