Say hello to Maggie. Picked her up on September 23rd from Toyota of Dallas. 2016 T4R Trail Edition. She's replacing Lola, my 2003 Tacoma Xtra Cab. Plans for Maggie are to make her a reliable offroading/camping vehicle while still maintaining excellent street manners. I won't be doing any heavy duty offroading like I did with Lola.

Took advantage of the TRS Black Friday sale and got my HID kit and LED fogs ordered. Also got on the waiting list for a set of 17" SCS SR8 wheels in matte dark bronze that should be here in January some time.

Took a trip down to Houston this weekend and picked up mine and two other guys' sliders from Shrockworks. Can't wait to get these things on! They're super beefy!

Did the 10,000 mile oil and air filter changes today. I'm now debating which suspension I want to go with. Looking at my original choice of Icon Stage 2 or building my own kit with Radflo coilovers, TC UCAs, and Icon rear coils and shocks with reservoir.

I hadn't thought of ADS. I'll have to give them a call and see what they have. Have a feeling they'll be out of the budget though.

Eh, if you're considering Icon then the price should be comparable.

I can get a whole Icon Stage 2 kit for $150 more than the ADS shocks by themselves. That made that decision easy lol.

So I decided to skip the lift for now. Instead, I picked up a fridge. I'll be getting it mounted in the cargo area and running a direct lead to it from the battery this week. I'll post pictures when done.

I also picked up a Samsung Tab 4 7.0" for use in the truck on long trips and off road trips. I'll be using it to run apps such as Torque and Backcountry Navigator. Got a RAM mount to go along with it and mounted right up front and center. Really liking this mounting spot. I'll be hard wiring a power source for it to cut down on wires hanging in front of the radio and SC controls.

Got my fridge slide mounted today. Went fairly smooth. Only hang up was that I didn't allow enough height so the "two stage" slide can only be extended to the first catch. Which is fine because it's more than enough to access the whole fridge. But I'll go back sometime in the future and add a spacer so that I can extend the slide the full length.

Negative. I'm enjoying it as is for right now. Modding on an "as it breaks" basis.

That's a lie. I did upgrade to an Odyssey battery to better handle the fridge.
