True, I was too lazy to do the math in the moment to convert the oz to specific lbs lol..

Thanks for putting the list together. I've been looking for something like this. Seems like every option I like is out of stock though.

FYI - I received a call back from FN wheels. They will be emailing me the weights of all their 6-lug wheels in a few days. I'll update the spreadsheet with that info when I receive it.

I just got the Summit Raptors and they are advertised as 24 pounds or so but when I measured them, they were just over 21 pounds.

I love these wheels and the service from Summit has been outstanding. They really have gone above and beyond.

Yes, spreadsheet is awesome. Beats the piece of paper on my desk I'm always writing wheels down that I like and then go on a search for weights. I just wish I could click on the link's you have provide and someone actually has them in stock to purchase! haha

SCS F5 in 16x8.0...19lbs. I went with a 265/75/16 in a C load to keep the weight down but still have a decent tire for off road and snow. These were 5 lbs lighter than the factory 16" alloys.

My 4 banger needs all the help it can get, these seem to be the lightest non forged, but is 0 offset too aggressive to rub? Stock suspension and stock 16 inch tire size

I’m planning on running 265/75/16 Goodyear UltraTerrains. Overall I should loose 20lbs total/5lbs a corner and it’s all unsprung weight.

Tons of people run that setup with no rubbing. Worst case of that you’ll have to heat gun the mudflaps.

    Go for it.

copy paste from an email I received from FN wheels. I got the 16” matte black, they sell these in 17” as well.

    FN Wheels ƒ(x) Pro

    Diameter: 16"
    Width: 8"
    Offset: 0mm
    Backspacing: 4.5"
    Load rating: 955KG (2,100lbs+)
    Weight: 21lbs (approximate)

    Construction: Flow formed
Certification: JWL-T, VIA, SAE J-2530, DOT approved
Colors: Matte black, matte bronze and matte gunmetal.

Toyota specifics: 106mm hub centric for Toyota hubs and drilled to accept TRD OE cap PTR18-35092.

Benefits over OEM wheels: 8" rim width allows for a broader range of tire sizes vs. 7" OEM TRD Pro rim width. FNWheels FX Pro wheels are tested and certified to SAE J2530 standard with 33" tire diameter (stronger than OEM TRD Pro wheels) while maintaining a lighter weight for a reduction in rotational mass compared to the OEM wheels. FN Wheels satin-matte clear coats provide superior durability compared to OEM Toyota full flat - matte clear coats.

assuming all those shaved unsprung weights are going to improve 1 mpg, purely speculating

in 10 years, the gas saving is about $1500, also if you can sell the old wheels for some money, those RPF1s should pay for themselves in a few years

I am mainly doing it just so the truck doesn’t feel sluggish. That being said I’m really contemplating about just doing 285/75/16s right off the bat.

I shopped around for a while until I found the best price I could. Anything close to $320 a wheel is a deal.

this is the thread i've been looking for. so far in my research i've come across FN wheels and Summit racing wheels and a few others, but those two appeal to my style. im stuck between the Countersteer type "x" and the summit raptors, unfortunately the raptors in bronze are sold out now. and since i started looking a month ago FN has gone up $20 from $980 to $1000

the FNs beat the summits by 3lbs per rim so im leaning towards those

Amazing job making the spread sheet, thank you for doing this. I've always felt there is just not a lot of info on light weight wheels/tires.

Any chance you're making one for tires in the near future or know of one?
