    Should the hose be clamped in some ways?

    Also the end is kinda frying. should I be concerned about it?

    You could clamp it if you wanted. And it wouldn't hurt to replace it with a new piece of hose to keep dirt out. Cheap fix would be to cut the end off and slide it back on if you have enough slack.

    What is this hose for/to?
    I just found mine hanging loose. It had dry rotted around the clamp. Had enough slack to put it back on. Weird thing is, I never noticed any problems and just happened to see this when I was cleaning my air filter.

    that should lead over to an emmission evaprative control box in the D/S inner fender.

    Stock. EZ pass.Dump pass.Inspection sticker.Convict printed lic.plates.FG cap.
    That is an EVAP hose that puts fuel tank vapors into air intake in a controlled manner using a VSV called Purge Selnoid.
