Yea I wouldn't mind having two as well. But if I was making something legit I'd use a real audio recording device.

I have Pro Tools10 with TONs of plugins and other things like omnisphere RX2 and lots of waves plugins and some other izotope ones and so,e nice free ones of course ha

    A digi 003 console interface.

    SM86 mic
    Two little blonde mics

    Pair of Jackie monitors

Beefy ass Mac to run it all

Working on getting a DYI ribbon mic and condenser mic as well as some nice mic pres.

That's just my personal stuff. It's a nice mixing setup and editing.

I really would like two go pros and and nice camera too for some videos with a nice portable setup and shotgun mic.

    Only money right?

yeah, feel like GP has more mounting systems though
I missed a black friday online deal that was 70% off on one

I wanna get a good camera that lets me get good stills as well as vid...

and that I can hook some mics up to to start recording uke vids so I have a song reference

DSLR man. They are great for vid.

But even if you plug in a nice shotgun mic into them..the audio is only sub par. You can clean it up using RX2 but it's not easy. The audio converters just aren't good in cameras. They don't need to be cause video people rarely think of sound as super important. They are more focused on the image..which is important in its own way. Thus why there are people out there that do just the audio haha two sides of the same coin. If both are balanced well and captured well and processed in post well..it's magic. If one is over looked..is just okay...least to me. I'm picky about that stuff tho too

I'm gonna end up trying to buy a DSLR and a gopro

    MONEYYYYYYYYYYY

but yeah, I feel you on the sound part
I used to use my high school's recording/mixing equipment...$15,000 grant for that shit
cakewalk sonar, tons of mics, mixers, the whole shebang

but now that I don't have access to that I gotta find something in the middle. one day, when I'm a millionaire I'll buy amps and inputs and computers so I can do away with mics entirely....

    I have been :spy:

Yea I have been impressed with ye ole iPad can do to be honest haha but I really want a wider angle for some of my shots. Plus something with like a bit better light filter. I figure if I can get something like what you have and I has to take a wide angle lens..ill be pretty happy. Just want to take a step up ya know? But for an iPad..doesn't do bad haha

How much did yours run you??

Hmmm haven't seen that editing feature..

Yea I did you watch that vid I posted in the BS thread?? I really want to know how they keep the lighting and colors the same through the full clip even when the sun is blasting at it then goes behind a cloud then back out then behind again.

I really wish I could do a filter on the sun light. That sunset I was shooting was so much better then what it showed just from the washout
