Yeah dude, I asked my local 4x4 shop what they would buy with my budget. They said that this kit was the one you wanted if you're driving in the woods 40 mph on a rugged trail with shotguns hanging out the windows. That's how they described it to me :oldglory:

I don't know if ill have the funds to drop the hammer on tires yet. But I plan on some 33 duratracs or MT/R. I have been looking at some general grabbers also. Maybe I'll check out Craigslist

I'm heading to school and don't have funds for one. I've always wanted one, but dad won't pay the extra insurance for one. Says I don't need it . I didn't buy it though, and my Prerunner does ok offroad

You know I was in the same shoes as you some time ago....
Now I pay for and work for everything I have. Don't take that the wrong way plz. You will one day have the opportunity to have what you want in life. Just respect what you own and choose. And be gratuitous for what have.
    G.Luck kid.

I understand about paying for my own stuff. Anything realated to maintenance or mods I have paid for, and its needed a lot of maintenance. And I am grateful for having a vehicle to drive. It was just the only thing in life Ive ever wanted, you know? I got good grades in high school, and stayed away from trouble. I have never asked for much expensive stuff, like X-Box's or Laptops, etc(I have none of the forementioned). My one request was a 4wd. I was the one watching all my friend have fun with theirs and not being able to join. I wasnt even allowed to find a trade. But as of right now I dont really care. I'm starting the Police Academy and won't have time to wheel. Should start making some real money starting in January. :D

Oh, and then you get the douchecanoe Prerunner haters on here that think their front diff makes their dick 18"s and don't understand not everybody can have a 4wd. That gets annoying pretty fast.

Same here dude. I do my best in school and don't ask for nice clothes or videogames or any of that teenager stuff. That's why my parents gave me such a nice truck. Like I've said id like it to be a fullsize but it gets the job done. I like my truck and It will get me to my next truck easy. My parents are the same way about maintenance and such. I see where you're coming from.

    I still don't have 4x4.... Lol

I was going to hate on the OP because I figured he was just a spoiled brat, but looks like he works pretty hard to earn his stuff. :oldglory:

    Keep up the strong work.

Them there are fightin' words. ;) haha wouldn't be the first time I heard it. No I give up other luxuries to have the truck. Plus it eats all my money. But she's mine. :)
