Cummins Falls is a very cool place to hike/swim. Up around the Cumberland plateaue is a lot of cool day trip water falls and such.

Bell Witch cave is all privately owned but they do/did have it open around Halloween for tours.

I've seen pictures, I'll have to take a day trip out there once it warms up.
I figure there's probably a few places like this that are still worth going to, I think a big key to this is just being respectful and not tearing it up.

    Need suggestions
SWIM did a bit of impromptu wheeling some random trail in rural hill off of couchville pike. Actually got a bit sticky in a few spots, lots of trash back there sadly.

Nolensville & Holt here - hi neighbor! I can't wait for the mud to subside so I can get back to my regular MTB rides at Cane Ridge!

Hey hey! I grew up in Nolensville. Near where Concord and Nolensville Rd meet up. WAY before Brentwood moved into the area and dropped that Publix and everything at that intersection. lol. Stupid progress took all my old trails away. I rolled down one not that long ago that used to end in a campsite. I built the trail and the campsite when I was a teenager. Got to the end of it the other night and where I used to be surrounded by trees, I was in someone's backyard in a neighborhood that didn't used to exist. They were looking at me and the truck through their back patio doors and I was staring back at them all sitting on the couch watching TV. We were both very confused for a bit there. lol.

Yep, it hasn't been that long ago that none of those neighborhoods around Burkett, Concord & Nolensville, and hardly anything in Nolensville existed... all beautiful rolling land, farms, etc., The MTB trails at Cane Ridge are my one remaining respite close to home. Otherwise the Taco is pointed East most weekends to the plateau or mountains

Where are these MTB trails you speak of? I have been looking for some to ride on in the area, but I'm not sure where to look

Really good trails at Cane Ridge that are very well maintained and have a great variety of features and good range of difficulty from fast, flowy to good jumps and technical moves. Overall is an easy to intermediate park but worth the trip now that they have the 3rd phase open. 3 sections of trail each stepping up in difficulty for a total of just shy of 8 miles. couple laps makes for a good day on the trail. I'm only 10 mins from this park so it's my midweek escape when it's not completely mud bogged !

    http://www.sorbamidtn.org/cane-ridge/

Also love Lock 4 which is also on that site and trails at Percy Warner are pretty nice as well (little more rooty but very technical and some good challenges).

I'm really excited for THIS to come to fruition in the future though!

What’s up gents. Hopping over from the NorCal thread. Jobs relocating so within the next 6-8 months I’ll be leaving Sacramento CA to be in Nashville. Anyone have good recommendations for good areas to buy/rent? Also good places for camping/fishing? I look forward to meeting you guys.
