In just one simplistic picture, you can view a Taco's humble side... Just like thousands of others, works, hauls ass, and parks. This is the perpetual cycle in the limited life of any vehicle, just like its flamboyant slogan "Build for the endless weekend". Let's just put it this way, we love our trucks. Second Gen is the thing.

Always a fan of the dcsb white with black factory flares...looks so utilitarian.

I still kick myself, I had the chance to buy a brand new dc 4 cyl prerunner back in jan 2014...white with the black flares. $500 a month out the door, that was with no credit history and yearly salary was the same as the cost of the truck...smart me played it safe financially...stupid me didn't get it.... a truck would've come in handy multiple times over the past year...

Every now and then when I am walking back to my truck from somewhere, I'll look at it and think holy crap, this thing looks awesome. The lines, the colors, just the look of it. Saturday was one of those days, Silver always looks good in the rain!

image.jpg My wheels SUCK but I love the look of my regular cab! Sure I wish it was a v6, 5 or 6 speed, pre runner, had an single option but there is something about a basic Tacoma!

I had a 2005 4banger 5 lug like that (access cab) before I got my '06. I loved that little thing! Other than sounding like a weed eater, I had no complaints.
