hey thanks for the reply. yea i kind of need the bed space so i was thinking about cutting into the original spare tire mount under the bed to fit a 33 inch size tire.

^ I'd do that if you use the stock rim. If you're using aftermarket rims, might not work.

I actually like it a lot. I'm still able to use the bed for my MTB Bikes. Have things inside. What i need more room. I remove the tire and it gives me plenty to have my dirt bike in. The front wheel goes in between the center of the tire rack.

If I need to haul. It is a simple use of tools to unbolt it off. Takes about 30 minutes to take off and put on.

See, thats whats great about Kenny at KR FAB. He can make a bumper to your taste and trucks look. I like Amir's bumper and its perfect for the look of Amirs Girly Blue colored Truck. I call his truck the case of the BLUE BALLS. . . The bumper on Amirs truck looks stout and fitting for the crawling Amir likes to do. Plus those Amazing Pin-Stripes on both sides of his truck sure helps for character.

Daaaaamn... that bumper Is nasty dude! I'm so :jellydance: right now. The lines, and the stock bumper filling that gap is amazing. Best design I've seen. And those LED's! Pure sex. lol.

Your gonna have a bunch of dudes copying you..lol if I ever go LT or even just get new bumpers and glass, I may have to drop my truck off over there.

^ Thanks man. I wanted to change the Pre-Running Style to make it different. I call it evolution and a chance. I don't have the back round or wisdom in what the importance a bumper should have. That is where Kenny comes into play. He tells me if it will work or not. I do however have a eye for style that has served me well. I gather influence and inspiration from just about anything I see day in, day out.

I hope some of you are inspired to tap into your creative side. Take a chance and see what can evolve from it. I'm not going to be butt hurt of someone copies my style and taste. I take it as a compliment and a way of saying. Rad, you did something right. LOL.

    ;)

For sure man. I hear ya. I feel and think the same way. I'm slowly trying to get my truck done, and everytime I have an idea, and search to see If it was done, your build or post usually pops up. Lol I have a few more things to do to make it "mine" ya know. those little additions and personal touches and ideas make the world of difference.

Fan we request a pic from above and looking down a bit. I'd like to see the bumper and tube merger and how clean it Is.

The red behind the tube is part of the body right? Like around the headlight and stuff? You gonna paint that black so it disappears, or plate those triangles behind the dtrl?

I think a cross between an SDHQ bumper, and yours would be sooo dope. Filled In, no gaps, etc.

    Im getting there......
Not to detract from the thread (by the way the bumper looks awesome much better than I thought it would, I like your ingenuity) I think Im going to go with a KR bumper (just getting funds), but can't get used to the under body of the truck showing through the side holes. Does anybody have a good solution for this...I mean i guess you could put plates there but would it look bad on these bumpers (i think the sdhq now look like boats so i don't want to go that direction). I guess I could stick to my shrockworks bumper but i don't know.....
