The new guy

Hello fellow taco lovers and fellow bay area folks! The names Roy and I have been a Toyota truck fan all my life. In 2001 I got my first brand new Toyota truck... 2001 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab SR5 4WD in white (dubbed it Taco blanco a few years back). Taco Blanco has taken me safely all over California wherever there is fishable water, mainly up and down the coast, delta area, south bay lakes and reservoirs. Last October I hit 300k miles and needless to say there are a few things that need to be repaired... a couple of clunks and clicks, but thats ok I almost all the repair work myself (ex-auto tech). What really lead me to create an account is that I'm in the hunt for a camper shell. I will be visiting Lake Tahoe here in about couple of weeks and the wife says she wants to do this annually, so after about 15 years, and not really needing the bed to carry 2-5 float tubes, I'm ready to throw in the towel and get a shell. Did I mention they are really hard to find? I'm hoping that many of you might have the resources that can help me get the shell that I should of bought 15 years ago. Cheers!
