Just downloaded last nights episode ( I forgot it was on and didn't record it). Will watch it tonight, but I cannot imagine it being as good as the original. Tanner Foust is a tool and I doubt if Paul Tracy is the Stig, his ego is far too large to not demand face time.

also downloaded the next season of the original, I watch it every morning while working out.

It was boring. The helicopter skit was a fail. And when the guy interviewed the astronaut guy he was boring!

I think if jay Leno was the main guy then they may have a chance.

Watched it last night. It was good, I feel they need to try and act like them selves not like the BBC version its almost like each one was trying to act like someone from the BBC version.

I saw what was left of the the US version last night, I gotta say, those guys are all DoucheBags. There's no comedy, its just plain lame:confused: why would they get guys who don't even look excited to be driving around lambos as fast as they can???? They should have gotten someone else to at least help host the show. Jay Leno, Tim Allen, hell I'd even take CoCo (Conan O'Brian) I bet the show would be a great success! But they need to pick the right ppl for the part. Those guys ugh....freaking weaksauce:mad:

But Leno has a tremendous amount of knowledge of cars. And he has a better personality that the current 3 combined.

based on the trailer, they all seem like school girls- "ooh i get to drive this really expensive car really fast, i'm so excited!" and the BBC guys are like "ugh this $120,000 car is junk, i'd buy this $80,000 car instead because it's better."

i watch the BBC show to not only see exotic cars but to find out how good they are... the american guys don't seem to have the experience pushing exotic cars to the limit for them to have valuable opinions. I'll check out the show but i'm skeptical.

BBC America runs it roughly a year after it airs in Britain. I download the current episodes.
