I know this isn't the right thread but does anyone know of a dealer that is doing the TSB leaf pack replacement in the Northwest? I've looked at my Leaf part #'s and they match the packs that are being replaced. Other then all the little problems with it I love the truck, and this site for information.

Where did you buy the truck? I had mine done at Royal Moore in Hillsboro. I had to convince them that it was a "harsh ride", and the service manager could see that when I loaded the back, it hammered down tot he bump stops.

I am suppose to get a free oil service. I was going to discuss with them then. Some say to call Toyota and get a claim going first.

Royal Moore. The service manager was very motivated to help (this was before the '08 was even covered). I called in first, but might not have needed to. I didn't show any proof of bottoming out, but Home Depot/Lowe's is less than a mile down the road.

Big thing is to be polite and be authentic in your concern.

You might load the bed down to see how much drop it will give you. If you get to the bump stops, it should leve a mark that you could show them.

    Good Luck!
