    Could be because it was a fast paced work out with the stuff you were drinking on a fairly empty stomach. Could also be that your body isn't use to it yet. Or it could just be the nasty tasting protein. I've had some in the past that made me wanna puke due to the horrid taste

    Pretty sure MP protein is on the spiked list. Aka "protein count listed, is not the accurate count" (usually under dosed)

    i really only bought it to make cookie cream protein ice cream, but it's like way too sweet, to the point that it's bitter. it's good to sprinkle on some real ice cream tho since it has real cookie in it.

    I use MP cookie and cream. I get that cause it's $40 for a 5lb jug at costco. It is pretty sweet though.

    I'm gonna have to look into that more. If that's the case then I guess I'll be looking for a new protein.

    Dymatize protein is da bomb. but being a harcore carnivor i try to get most of my protein through meat and eggs

    I tend to eat a lot of meat everyday and I eat 5 egg whites and 1-2 yolks everyday as well

    Yea, your body is trying to tell to buy quality protein and is trying get the shit out of your body ASAP....

    Mixing creatine and protein has nothing to do with it. Neither does working arms with minimal rest.

    I think I've got about a weeks worth left of the EAS whey then I'm gonna switch again. I have tried the MP cookies and cream but like said above it is really sweet tasting. Anybody tried the Arnold Chocolate? If that isn't all that great tasting I'm not going to buy a 5lb container at Sam's and be in the same situation I'm in now and I will look at other routes.

    Dang! Yeah, I ain't got time for all that. Right now I'm working splits 10am-10pm. I get up at 6 for the gym and then come home and spend time with my daughter since I only get to see her for about an hour a day.

    On another note, those of you that use ON Platinum-Pre, do y'all get any tingling on your tongue or a slight burn in your mouth or throat? I had a sample pack and tried it this morning and those are the effects it left me with. Don't think I'll be using the other serving tomorrow.

    Edit: Nevermind, the expiration date was September of this year...that might have something to do with it

    I dunno the exact weight, but I eat a lot of protein per day, too. I get 50 g from powder and the remaining 200 g comes from meat and dairy. Sources are eggs, whey protein, tuna fish, ground turkey, chicken, Greek yogurt, cheese, as well as the smaller amounts that are in my carbs.

    There was a protein I was taking for a while and I like it a lot but it was just hard to find around here. I forget the brand but it came in a black and yellow bag and it tasted like strawberry milk and it's a whey isolate. I may try and find that after this tub of MP is done or maybe just go back to ON.

    I get the face tingle from the beta analine and every once in awhile I will get a slight throat burn if I don't mix with enough water but I believe that's from the chili pepper used in it for thermogenic purposes
