    Going to the gym in the morning is soooooo much better than after work. I have so much more energy throughout the day. Could be the 400 mg of caffeine I've had already. But it's nice knowing that I just have to do 20 mins of cardio when I leave work then I can do whatever I want after that.

    I do, too. I never regret getting up and hitting the gym early though. Every evening, i regret it if I Don't go in the morning. I just put my phone across the room so I have to get out of bed to turn my alarm off

    k So everyone has that one body part that simply is a pain in the ass to make grow. Now keep it clean minded here lol, For me, i dunno why but simply cannot get my arms to grow. I crushed it hard for years, gained weight, everything ells increased in size but the arms. they are stuck at friggen 17 cold in the am wether I'm 215 or 240 :( ugh!
