So tonight's session was only the fronts, but they came out great! Front is 2 color and back will be a three color image. Can't wait to do those. He's starting on them tomorrow and I'll go help him Friday afternoon to finish them up.

    Enjoy the photos....

So we ended up only printing 3 shirts tonight, none of which will go to anyone. We were unhappy with the registration of the red over the white. We decided that the best course of action would be to remake the screen. This means that the shirts will be delayed a few days, for which I'm very sorry. Neither of us felt good about continuing knowing it wasn't right.
Here are some photos I took tonight, I will say the color combo is awesome!

Wow! They look great. From the photo, I can't tell what's off. There's a lot of labor going into these! A genuine Thank You is definitely in order for making this happen!

That particular shirt we messed around with quite a bit to get it to look like that, ended up being way to time consuming to do that process for each shirt. We ended up over printing the red multiple times. What's happening is we're printing it in layers; black, then white, then red. The problem is that the red and the white weren't lining up properly leaving some thin white lines in various parts of the design and it didnt look good at all because they were all uneven. Our solution is to remake 2 of the screens the white and red and change the order other prints by putting the red on top of the black solving the thin white line issue.
He's printing the new negatives on Monday and he'll burn the screens that night. We hope to be printing again on Tuesday. Again I apologize for the delay, I just didn't want to give anyone a sub par product.

No worries boss. Perfection takes time. I think that I speak for most, if not all of us, when we say that we have faith in you and the product that you're putting out for us. Thanks again for all the time and effort.
