    Time frame, like 2 weeks.

    I wish.

Well the thing is though, I don't want to say that it would be a waste, but I dunno if I really need the 7d. I really feel like the 50 or 60d will do all I need it to and won't feel the need to upgrade.

I would love to just to be able to have that much nicer of a camera. But if I do wait then it will be next summer before I'm able to get it cause the mowing business has pretty much ceased here due to the cold weather. So no more money income unless it's photo gigs, which I am shooting an engagement set tomorrow for a friend. So I really feel the need to go ahead and get one of those 2 while I can.

See I hope it grows as well but I dunno if it will. Cause Im about to graduate and have my Graphic Design degree and be getting a job (hopefully with the newspaper). I'll still shoot on the side but I dunno how much bigger i'll go with it to be honest.

A review I read said the same thing. And I agree just by looking at pictures.

I second the 7D... orrrr if you dont mind the feel of the prosumer cameras, go with a 550D (has the guts of a 7D, but the body of a T1i)

Well if I was to do that I would be upgrading, but to spend about $500 on another body I'd rather go with the 50D or 60D. I see what you're saying about the 550D having the same guts as the 7D but being as I shoot sports I really need to up my FPS and the 550D only offers around 3.7 FPS and my current 1000D is at 3 FPS so the 550D really wouldn't suit what I need.

I hoping I will be able to get by with my D3100 for awhile, if not I'm saving every penny I have for a D300s or D400(if it comes out)

A buddy in my photo class had the D300s and I have to say, it's a bad ass camera.

Why the hell are these decision's so hard?

True that. If it did I'd have the 1D series and be rolling in a new Tacoma.

I'm still not sold on either camera. I felt the 50D tonight and really really liked the feel of it. So now I need to go and hold the 60D tomorrow and see what I like better.

So over on POTN some of them were telling me that they would rather have an SD card than CF card.

These are some of the current photos I have taken with my Rebel XS. These were taken at ISO 800, 1/200, f/2.8; they aren't bad, due to the fact they have been edited. But IMO there is room for improvement, the higher FPS will help and definately have been ISO quality is a big factor. Because when I jump from ISO 800 to 1600 the grain is pretty bad.

Here are current (tonights game) samples.
