    Good luck Jake.

I'm not digging the washed out look. Karl said "over cooked" and I'd tend to agree it's too much.

I'm digging it, but you can only use it so much. Know what I mean?

it screams Instagram, i am instantly biased tho, I am anti-instagram. The composition is good, they just are very flat. The pictures would look better with a little work on the tone curve and contrast. You want to bring out that color in the bamboo and red concrete wall, give the pictures some WOW and make those colors pop.

Just my opinion tho. I tend to be very pure and simple, no borders, no editing filters, yada yada.

I think I might be screwed. See the line across the top of this image? It's not supposed to be there. Canon's Error 80 :(

Which means something happened with the electronics...or AF system. Ugh.

    I seriously doubt it :(

Gonna try the usual. Clean lens mount, clean contacts. Something tells me it's shutter related but who knows.

Well, I just shot 144 images. No line. No error. Hopefully, that was transient.

Usually stuff like that is a fluke. Glad it didn't happen again. :)

These are a couple of HDR shots each using 3 exposures and processed in HDR Efex Pro. Not terribly pleased with the composition, but otherwise it is was fun to take.

well they were edited specifically FOR instagram. lol so yeah. i edited them for an iphone screen not a computer screen thats why some of the color is really over saturated
