    well you can just save the resized copy to your desktop, then upload to imageshack from there. If image shack doesn't have to make the image smaller, it retains its original sharpness.

    Glad to hear that....now I feel better about the $100 I spent on it. Got it off ebay for dirt cheap.

    yup, I was pretty amazed when I found out too. I was always wondering why my photos looks so terrible online, but great on my computer lol.

    I have a 35mm f/2 that I use as my primary walk around lens. On the DX format it as close to 50mm(52.5mm) that I'll get. I used a 50 f/1.4 for years on my film camera so I'm accustomed to the range.The thing I like about a short lens is it makes you get up close to your subject.

    pretty good IMO, a lot i see on craigslist and other places are going for 600-700 and they dont say the shutter actuations,

    yeah i think 575 is good, i just looked up some on craigslist and most are 650-800 body only so sounds like a good deal!
