    And before it was a tiny white dot in the frame. lol. Cropped and B&W'd and put the contrast to -100 in LR 4. Turned out not real bad.

    You need at least 250mm to get a decent moon shot IMO.

    Nice! ^ And I know. I plan on getting a 70-200mm when I get a new camera. I was just messing around to see what I could get with a small lens.

    I got paid by two different segments of my school to shoot the same event tonight. Pretty cool haha. I was taking photos of the Preview Day event already so I was down at the soccer field to get some of the kids down there when the Student Body photographer asked me if I would cover the game for her so she could play. So I did both in one shoot. I'm pretty happy about it :)

    I went and shot with the Tamron 70-200 2.8 and the Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR II. yesterday. Funny thing about them was the Nikon VR I (Yes, the last version) seems to focus faster. I haven't looked at the pics yet but if they quality is there the Tamron may win as it's about $1000 cheaper.

    this and that...
    i was watching 'that nikon guy' youtube review on the 70-200 f2.8 lenses (vrii, sigma, tamron). basically, they are all good lenses. the only way you would be able to tell the difference between the lenses is if you have all of them on hand. if youre on a budget, get the tamron or sigma. if you have the cash get the nikon, cause its easily worth the price of admission.

    Huh yeah I don't see it there either. I noticed it while editing though. It's red, about middle and slightly left.
