    and approved! lol scariest moment of my life. thank god i have insurance plus this camera has a 3 year warranty. i can break it on a shoot and go in the next day and get a new one for free.

    ugh, nightmare material there haha!

    did a bit of macro ish stuff with the the old Kiron 70-210 and made a new watermark... just cause. Say what you want about double meanings and i'm sure there is an actual business named that but I think its a cool corny! I love big blue!

    Your camera can safely get wet just not that wet. :D Most lenses are not weather sealed. You'll get moisture in them then they will fog. When they dry they will leave water marks on the glass.

    Think of the weather sealing on your camera like you would a life preserver on a boat: You know the life preserver is there but, do you really need to test its efficiency?

    Don't mind sharing at all. That was shot with the 60D at 79mm with the 18-135 kit lens (cropped a bunch). ISO 640/f16/(1/100sec). I left WB as shot, bumped exposure, contrast +5, and shadows just slightly, sharpened it a hair and enabled lens profile corrections, all using LR5. Nothing crazy and didnt touch vibrance or saturation sliders. The light was just good.

    The old coke bottle in front I found while hiking one day, definitely an oldie :cool:

    This was the shot just previous before the landing shot. Was panning so fast as they were coming from behind me and really got lucky I think.

    Oh i bet..have seen some VERY well done ones. Id get one if i could afford the maintenance on them..very pricey cars. If i could, id get another MKIII supra and one of those.
