Great shot Ben! I have a great place to get shots of aircraft, too bad we get one plane a day... Although once summer gets here the fire bombers fly right over my dads house.

I like your images. Particularly the twin-engine. However, I feel like your black and whites could use a little bump in contrast. Bring that white-point up a little. :)

Just my 2 cents; take it or leave it!

I like them a lot, they're tranceivers so I bought 2 sets of 2. Set one to transmit and the rest to receive, and they work at a way further distance than the other eBay ones I had before I forget what they were but they sucked.

Paine Field in South Everett, WA is good for plane watching. The Boeing Museum at the N.W. corner has a viewing deck or you can stand by the fence near the end of the main runway. Lots of general aviation and Boeing planes.

If I don't go with a local deal on pocket wizards I may try that route. Thanks for the info.

No problem dude, I love them, definitely a great alternative to pocket wizards. Also radio poppers are good if you want a more expensive better quality pro-ish set.

Gotta say, I'm not surprised that Pocket Wizard is having financial trouble. They used to be the only game in town then Radio Poppers and the rest is history.

Agreed. They are clear and the composition is good, but a B&W photo does not have to look like it was taken on a cloudy day... even if it was.

My failed attempt at star trails for the weekly challenge. I need a better tripod, shutter lock, and to go further out of town next time.

I like the middle one. I appreciate the cloud definition more than whatever is new that my eye doesn't really perceive other than blurry clouds ha

Great Sunset tonight! Wish I wasn't stuck in the stinking city so I could go see it.

put film in and go (unless it needs a battery then it won't meter but everything else will work). PM me if you have any questions ha. Film is the best.

My grandpa just had a battery put it and had it cleaned. It's got film in it, I took one shot of my wife today as she was cleaning. She was not pumped because I cant erase it if she doesn't like it, ahahahah.

That's a good thing when shooting in public in a way haha what's really funny is when someone asks you to delete a photo you just took and you say sure and stare at the back of the film door as if there's an LCD screen and you're deleting a photo haha
