These are a few that really haven't been edited much. Just wanted to toss out a few.

The D7000 is great. While my Canon pro gear can capture better image detail, if I drop a Canon, it goes back for repair. If I drop my D7000, I can pick it up and keep shooting. Thus when I'm covering off-roading events where I know I'll be scrambling up and down hillsides in a hurry, I prefer the more rugged D7000.

I also find that in many situations, the D7000 focuses faster than my 5D Mk III.

I agree! I had no worries leaving it out in the possible dew from 9 at night to 5 in the morning capturing images for a time lapse.

Thats not bad- I picked up a slightly worn version with 107K on the clicker for $2300. She wont win a beauty contest but she works well.

They pop off eBay all the time. A great example will sell for anywhere between $2700- $3200. The prices are spiking with everyone trying to get the last few pro level crops since Canon went FF with the 1Dx.

I bet once the 7D Mk II (or what ever they call it) comes out and is equipped as they claim it to be. People who own one may be hard pressed to sell for what they are going for now.

Thanks! The photo I submitted to the challenge thread is much more dynamic. The light was super flat because of the cloud cover. Here's the photo I preferred. Also made the "flowing water" pop much more and fit the challenge much better.
