I have zero experience with either other than shooting the 105 once but everything I had read lead me to be very certain I wanted the 105 over the 60. I'm sure you'll read around a bit, but I remember coming to that conclusion from my personal research a while back.

Congrats on the move forward/company work.

I love the Lp180 and it seems so many others do as well. Good call on that one ha

    Thank you

I'll definitely look more into review, maybe try and rent them both to see what will fit my needs better.

I'm excited to work on this project, the scope of it is something I'd never thought would come this quick for me.

I was really drawn to the LP180s because of all the great reviews and the price point as well

Found an old 4Runner or 4. Went out to a friend of a friend's place and saw he had tons of old Runners laying around for parts for his main one ha Also has a 2013 Taco and an older Taco out there.

    Interesting article.

He shot 144 frames. Many digital shooters would shoot a 1000 frames and probably not have the same keeper rate.

I have several film cameras and rarely shoot the stuff anymore.

    Lots...see build
Nice! I went to your flickr to find the edited one 'cause you must've moved it or re-edited it or something. I think that you did too much vignetting on the edited one. It darkens the the truck's front enough to where my focus is forced closer towards the side mirror and the window on the building. In the unedited one my eyes are more free to wander around and look at the whole truck instead of just the mirror :p
I do like how the colors look in the edited one, though.

Edit...well now that I edited your quote to include the photo, it looks better and my eyes don't have the same focus problem on the white background of TW versus the charcoal on flickr :p Maybe a little less vignetting wouldn't hurt but it's not that big of a deal anymore

Thanks, man. I definitely see that now. Always nice to have a second pair of eyes look it over. To be fair, haha it was early in the morning (insomnia) and I was trying to go for that "found an old vintage film photo in the attic" look ha as if it was taken back when the Runner's day. But you're definitely right. I'll touch it up later (and fix that link).

Agreed, SpeedHunters always puts together some great articles
    Thank you
I think his keeper rate can be attributed to his thought process of using film and being very selective with the shutter release

That is one hell of an Appalachian trout! Tailrace water or behind a damn doesn't matter, ones that big are hard to come by nicely done especially on an UL. Hope your shooting and fishing is going well this weekend.

    I have always liked this:

From today, first egret of the year. Maybe a better title for this picture would be resistance is futile...

I never would have believed it until I saw an egret eat a vol...

    Great picture!

If I had some extra coin I would be all over that 50. Here is an edited shot I got from the challenge.
