All my old tools are from him haha even all my dads and uncles old tools are from him. He made a lot of his own stuff and never bought new. Did a better job with old school hand made tools than anyone I know does with state-of-the-art ones. Reminds me to do the same with photography as well. Quit chasing gear and do work.

Haha, yup! I was talking with an older guy back home about doing some chisel/gouge woodwork and he told me to take an old flathead to a grinder and make the right shaped gouge if I didn't have one. I had never thought to do that! The gouges that I have worked, which is good because 1) I don't have un-used flatheads... and 2) I don't have a grinder up here... :p

Haha, yeah, that's why the campershell is nice...I get to keep some small tools and my jack stands locked up in there. But yeah, if I need to tear my bike apart to clean the axles or anything...say goodbye to easy passage through the living room!
And I don't even go near truck stuff except when I could go over to my buddy's place last year, but he graduated last year...

Don't encourage it haha I already have by bike leaning in front of my desk or couch, my tools piled between them, and all my photo gear strewn throughout my bedroom along with my guns haha NO MORE TOYS.

Camping, climbing and old military gear is all crammed in one closet. It's no longer usable as a closet ha it is just storage at this point.

EDIT: I take that back. I gave away my harness and sold the majority of my climbing goodies. Can't climb any more so I just gave it to people who wanted to climb but couldn't afford things haha I am very sadly but slowly getting rid of some of my heavier weights as well. Still have by basics covered, but I don't lift like I used to so I'm trying to downsize before I move next year.

Getting a little better at image processing, did this over lunch (I work nights).

Old (cropped a lot to minimize streaking on edges, in b/w):

New (slightly cropped, better image stacking for less star streaking, processed for bad/hot pixels but there are still some there, figured out the processing to demosaic the bayer matrix on my chip into color instead of b/w):

Am taking the scopes out to Moab next Wednesday night and hope to get more pics. :D

I put my tracks shot up on a Nevada Photographer facebook page, and one of the art directors for the Nevada Magazine contacted me. They want a high res copy for possible publication in the magazine.
