    Yo panda, on those skater shots did you use photoshop to enhance the blur out of focus effect in the background or are those the way the photos were before you edited them?

    That 50 makes some really nice bokeh wide open. Really nice. I dig it (Canon has a similar lens).

    i know the guy that put this show on (he is also the head photographer for switchfoot). and he was working lighting so he invited me to snap some flix. let me know what you think!

    Bare with me, i want to show all of them but i cant lol i have like 40 photos in the set and i love them all. (and i still have tons more to edit)

    All were shot with a D700, either a 14-24 or 24-70 2.8 both nikkor. at 2500-5000 iso, and 1/160-1/250th of a second at f2.8

    these bands were indie as fuhhhh but it was such a fun shoot and i know most of the people in the bands.

    nope just driving to reagan. you pretty much get a preview of DC if you were to fly into reagan but i didnt get any good shots of the washington monument since we were probably like 5 miles away and in a moving car
