I ordered a couple of speaker bracket kits and had no trouble either... all in all seems like a good product, maybe a little pricey but worth it to me not to have to deal with cutting them

I got a head unit adapter and speaker mounts. Product looks great, but it took 2 months from date of order to my door.

The thing that pissed me off was they said it was my fault- I hadn't sent extra money to ship to Canada when they emailed me. I never received any such email!

Now that the rainy season is here, it is going to be hard to find a good time to rip my doors apart.

Looking forward to some decent sound at last!!:D

They were in a big hurry to take out my money since is was taken out about a hour after i purchased it but they aint in any hurry to ship me my stuff. This will be the last thing i will ever buy from them. i should have went with the guys on here advise BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

I didn't see this thread before I ordered. I ordered the ID CTX65CS upgrade kit with all the mounting hardware. I submitted the order late last Friday afternoon and got a message back within a few minutes that it would ship on the following Tuesday. (Tuesday of this week.) My order shipped on Tuesday and I received it today via FedEx. Everything looks to be in order and was packaged great. Throughout the whole process I emailed them a couple of times and Rob was always really fast replying back. Even tonight at 9:40 PM I shot him a quick email just to ask a question on the tweeter wiring and he replied back within 10 minutes with the answer. I have been really impressed with them through this purchase.

Ordered from them 10 days ago.... Haven't received any indication that my order has shipped. I'm on the fence right now whether or not I'd order again. Stuff needs to arrive soon.

A set of speaker mounts to put new 6.5" in the back and 6x9s in the front. The whole 'kit' they sell. It should be something they just have ready to ship... or can quickly throw in a box and ship out. Not like I asked for anything custom.

I ordered speaker mounts (custom size) and it took 2 months and several emails before they arrived.

Wish I'd read this thread first. PayPal says I have 45 days to dispute the transaction. They have 30 days left before I try to get my money back through PayPal.

You would think that but nope.. I got the same thing you did but he was out of them and either had to make more or he was waiting for more. Took like a month for me to get my order.

With as many people who have complained about slow service, you have to wonder if he's just making excuses or if there really was an emergency.

I just ordered mine and am currently in the middle of the install. So far....no issues. However, I did pay for a black face plate and they sent me a silver one...

What TT does is hardly proprietary. Why anyone would choose to deal with them at this point given their well documented checkered history is questionable at best.

Still, its freedom of choice. I'm just saying and openly wondering.

when you are running a business, a family emergency doesn't take over your life. sure you may not be in the office (his bedroom?) for a few days, but you still answer emails in the evening.

$100 bucks for a kit that I only used half of. I had to make two trips to home depot to get the damn access cab mounts to fit. I will never ever buy something from them again!
