So I have consistently had below 50Mbps speed test results. I am not using any 3rd party equipment and have tested from my phone and from my laptop connected via Ethernet to the Starlink monolith. I contacted support and I had a response, from a person in 3 minutes and a continued back and forth of providing answers, more test results and providing pictures for 30 minutes.

How impressive is that!!! A real tech support that is responsive!!!

They are testing and watching my system for the next day. Will report findings here.

I had the same experience with their customer service and online support. Extremely quick to respond, very helpful and straightforward with what they were going to do and the progress along the way.

This just popped up in the Starlink App…guess I need to inspect my dish, but I suspect it is a result of the 3-4” of rain that has fallen over the last 24 hours.

Are you thinking it’s pooling? Thought the dish was supposed to take care of itself if it was.

It’s definitely not pooling cause I can see the dish is tilted from ground view. I think it was just during the hard rain there towards the end of the storm when the big cell went over.

Can you bury the cat6 that comes installed to the dish? I wonder if I could get my dish built with underground cat6. Would eliminate a splice kit under the dish.

edited.. NOPE. So I'll heat shrink it, bury it in the sand base under my paver driveway.
