Yes. But if it doesn't have the locker button - you don't have a locker. Toyota doesn't include free lockers. :p

You must also have a rear locker for everything to be there for the A-trac.

FJ's are too confusing. Tacoma's are easier to figure out. I know what my FJ has and that's all that matters to me I suppose.

I miss having a bed on the tacoma, and all the little storage cubbys behind the rear seats. I have always liked the FJs as much as the tacomas. I originally was looking for another tacoma, But I wanted a double cab, 4x4, and a locker. I also had a budget of 21K. every tacoma i found with these features for $21K was completely beat or had well over 100K miles. I got the FJ with 57K miles for $20K with all those features.

So I saw this at the dealship today... I'm thinking about taking everything off my truck, selling it and putting the stock crap back on. Keep the wheels and getting this FJ. For the package I want with the green roof with E-locker and ATRAC and a supercharger its $36,000. I think I can get $22,000 ish for my pickup which is paid off. I was just looking at an Icon II three inch lift for the FJ also.

Does the front end suspension have anything different then the tacoma? Would my LR UCA's fit on the FJ? I might pull the trigger and go stock on the truck this weekend...

Probably not worth buying a brand spankin new one. The color will end up getting scratched anyway. Best color on an FJ is a light color.

so for the Atrac mod you have to already have the rear locker?
I just feel ill equiped without 4x4. I know I will hardly ever use it but there will be those few times where I wish I had it. I just cant shake the feeling.
 thats a lot of monies!

you will make time to head out to hit more trails if you "know" you have the 4x. I thought the same thing..
Locked prerunner would be fine. Don't get me wrong, they are plenty capable..but 4x makes the world of difference.
Wifey and I enjoy camping and hitting trails...fj fits my needs. I may buy a small trailer to haul my quad. my only gripe :p

Mine is pretty scratched up too from the trails. I dont bother too much trying to buff them out as i will just put more on there soon enough. :D
