I was originally going to go but then stuff came up and then it fell through with a day to prep so I said F it. I'll just go next year.

I do still want to hit up big bear in the early spring for some water crossings.

You know where AllCal will be this year?

The 885's should be enough for the fj with a winch and bumper right? I am not sure about the springs they use for the fj, I am assuming they are the same as the taco? I know the 886's with winch and bumper was too much for the poor lil taco.

I think ARB stopped the heavies for the FJ cuz it was too much. I think 885's should work but there are a lot of variables i.e. specific bumper and winch.

Then again the FJ is much more prone to the front end "dive" which I can only assume gets worse with a heavy bumper and winch.
I'm kind of in the same boat with my future ARB bumper. Dont know whether to get 650 or 700 lb coils for my ICONS.

Hmm idk how much heavy the fj's are up front but since you do want a bumper i'd go ahead and get 700lb springs. Thats what I have with the all pro bumper

    this.
I have 650# and have to crank my fox's up pretty high only to not get a full 3" lift lol
someday switching out to the 700#'s.
(keep in mind I only have the 2.0 CO's though)
