How'd the install go guys? Replacing a 4x4 spindle was a pain in the ass! Never want to have to do that on a trail.

Well the snorkel install was a pain in the ass. I realize I can't mark holes correctly. seems like every time I mocked it up it would change. Then putting the rubber sleeve through the hole kicked our asses, changed the geometry of everything. If we would have had more tools it would have gone better. I think Jonny has pics on his phone. The susp was easy, aside from the rear springs, didn't want to take off the wheels lol. The thing is about a 3.5" lift, sitting way too high.

Wow, 4 inches! How are the CVs looking.

My plans didnt go too well either. My plans were to remove icon stage 1 (minus rear coil) and use rear stock shocks but those were way too short. So I decided to drive back home without rear shocks and just the icon rear coils. I was bouncing all over the place. Guess this just put a boost on purchasing the Kings.

Oh wow. I know how bouncy it gets w out rear shocks. Ran cleghorn after removing my snapped rear shock lol
Jack is probably around 3.5 inches give or take. Should settle nicely with the heavy plate bumper and winch.
Thanks again for the template Gabe. Life saver!
Be sure to post pics of your. New susp when u get it :spy:

"forgot" to snap a pic of what people write on my fender when i turn my back. Good thing the snorkel covers the part where my wife wrote "John's gay" lmao

Jack's FJ with OME 885's + super flex rear coils and OME shocks all around. (should settle witht the plate bumper and winch being installed this week.);)
