    Nice Matt, I made the same sandwich today for lunch as what you wife had only I add some fried onion strings for some Crichton and a chibatta bun. So good!

    I made a sausage rolled stuffed linguica wrapped in sage leaves for t-day. Sausage had apricots, pistachios, and parsley in it. I made an extra one so now I'm making sandwiches out of it with a side of gravy for dipping.

    well since there are 10 posts on this page so far and not one contains mayo, I guess ill make up for that with some left over smoked deer should with mayo and horsey sauce on both sides
