    Oh man oh man.

Lunch today was a practice in moderation for me! I only used 2 slices of bacon (crazy right?!) a small sausage patty, half of a small tomato, just a few slices of habanero cheese and just a few slices of sharp cheddar (didn't want to go overboard!) very light spread of hummus on each side of the sammy and a teensy but of chicken liver pate to give a little flavour boost.

This tasty delicacy got the grilled cheese treatment on the comal.

I was quite pleased that none of the ingredients overpowered this sammich. The spiciness of the Habanero cheese went really well with the pepper in the pate. Sharpness of the cheddar was just noticeable. Smoothness of the hummus was a welcome treat after that initial crunch through toasty bread. Oh and that tomato was in there just sexin all the other flavours!

I highly recommend you try this one at home!
