    Sorry no pics but I used the roadkill tenderloins for 2 Philly cheese steaks for me and my wife...I sauted some onions in butter, salt and pepper. And sliced the tenderloins against the bias sauted in salt, pepper, butter and a dash of garlic powder...YUM

    deer shoulder from the crockpot, cooked with butter, ranch seasoning and pepperoncini, then pulled, and a packet of brown gravy mix stirred into the both and meat added back for an hour or so. then some horsy sauce and swiss cheese for some sliders

    Ive gotten to the point I only buy ribs and brisket from the market for beef products...we use wild game for the rest of our red meats.

    yeah we buy chicken, and pork sometimes (bacon and sausage) sometimes and that's about it. I like to put 2 deer in the freezer and then start horn huntin, so I usually put 2 deer in the freezer haha. and we have some ponds and fish a pretty good bit so I usually have a few gallons of fillets. Its stupid cheap to make stuff with meat you have like $.20 in haha. I can make 6 qt of chilli for like $4 or somethin, and no one even knows its deer unless I tell them. My dad actually thought this roast was beef
