 But I bet you weren't out there in a winter coat, snow pants, hat, and gloves washing it in a snow storm.... I've heard of people doing that. Just park it in a show room and have maids clean it if you're gonna be that anal about it! :D

    +1

Almost didn't buy it cause of all the chrome. But since it's there, may as well keep it shiny!

i don't get dash mats either.
hey, let me put some hot black carpet that will attract and hold even more dust than a normal dash!

i guess it's the same sort of mentality that carpets the top of the toilet tank and covers a box of tissues with a knit cozy.

If you guys lived in the desert, you'd understand dashmats. Very few people here DON'T have them.

in New Orleans, we have a lot of guys that make their cars into Candy sponsored vehicles. It is pretty common to see an oreo, butterfinger, m&m, or an abba zabba monte carlo with decals and paint to match, big rims, and 12 TVs showing the x-rated rap videos.

I wish somebody would do that for a Tacoma. That would be awesome.

there's a frickin RAID monte carlo around savannah. mauve-ish/maroon with yellow and black accents.
i had only joked that it was a RAID themed car, but then i actually saw the dude had put a can of raid in each corner of his rear windows.
