183 here and I’ve never had a water issue. It’s never seen the inside of a garage and lives in Michigan rain and Utah snow for the last two years. It does get used and opened up often. It doesn’t sit closed for six months so maybe it needed some airing out.

Filling in the drainage holes seems like a bad idea. You might be getting a little dust in from there but having a way for water to drain out is essential.

I’m not a SP owner but I have a pretty decent sleep setup under my Leer 180 and it stays clean and dry as a bone with all all the aforementioned spots silicone sealed except the drainage holes left open (in fact one drainage hole was enlarged to run solar cables through).

In fact, I’m pretty sure it was on the advice from one of the Super Pacific YouTube videos that I left them open.

Happy Sunday everyone!! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!!! With HardKorr being the go to for interior lighting of the SP, I have some awesome news!! ASG Offroad newly released the SP X1 flush mount panel with remote for the HardKorr lights we know and love (I put a picture below for everyone to check out). If you're like me and have lighting "upstairs" and "downstairs" you know the pain of turning into Stretch Armstrong at the end of the night, or during those late night restroom breaks...that is no longer the case with this kit!!!

The initial run is very limited, but rest assured there are more on the way!!! For those that don't have or are waiting for a super clean, awesome, lighting solution...it is also on the way!!!

Head on over to to check it out!!

Shared on the SP community page, a big hit there and at the SP Spring Garage meetup was my "livingroom mode" mattress strap hack. Rather than dealing with trying to fold an inflated mattress, I just strap it to the roof. I used 2 flat, J-hooks, a quick release buckle, and webbing.

I picked up my camper on Friday and then drove to the coast. Build #1000. They were pretty stoked to hit quadruple digits. I was pretty stoked to finally get it on my truck :)

These campers look great on regular cabs.

Tent pull down I worked out from parts on hand.

Rings with the little side tab broken off and drilled out to fit the spare hardware.
    Taped for preference
Small section of rope passed through the rings and tied/untied as needed.

Appreciate it. It's been a unit for sure. Had some hiccups here and there but it's still holding up to the abuse.

Gotcha. I didn't see them on the website. I'll reach out to Jerry and see if there are any more available.

I built my truck in 2020 bought all BAMF everything and then left the community in late 2021 until last month. Tried to sell the truck and everything. Didn't work out and now i'm back and gunning for a Super Pacific and doing a little rebuild.

I want to swap out my trilogy skids for some 1/4" aluminum, build out the bed, get a fridge again and just get back into getting out there. Been doing a bunch of research on the Truma heater too, living in the PNW, I think it'll help me get out there more in the winter time.

X1 fits with Up Top Overland Alpha cab rack. I purchased a lightly used X1 and Super Pacific did the swap this morning.
