Not really...maybe could have gotten a couple hundred dollars variance elsewhere.

I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
    $31840 plus TTL.

DCSB 4x4 with TRD Off-road, Towing, Entune Plus, and Film Paint Protection.

    How'd I do...I'm still processing what I did.

    Soon to come
Yesterday, I finally took home a DCLB V6 4x4 TRD Sport with Entune Nav & Towing package. Paid 32,600. 200 over Invoice. Decided to go with AAA no hassle pricing. Very few dealers have this build in SoCal. Some didn't even wanna negotiate on pricing smh.

After reading the posts here i think I over paid a bit. 36000 otd seems high. Any thoughts on the Master Tech extended warranty? They want 2100$ for 8 year 125000 mile bumper to bumper. It bumped up my payment by 27$ per month.

That doesn't include financing does it?

I think with mine at 72mo 3.45% financing I'm paying just over 40k over 6 years.

I was just quoted $32,462+ttl for this truck (sticker is $33,849):

2014 DCSB 4x4; TRD OR, Tow Package, Entune Plus, Locking Lug Nuts, Spare Tire Lock, Carpet Floor Mats with Sill Protectors.

This is the EXACT truck I want (too bad I have a few months before my credit cards are paid off!!). Is this a good deal? TrueCar is at $31,929 and AAA is at $31,819...

You could probably work the price down a little bit.

It's a nice looking truck, FWIW.

    Good luck!:D

    Good grief!

PLEASE, people, do not pay over 1.99% for any vehicle. :( 0.49% financing is out there. I have linked it at least once in this thread.

Just bought a 2014 SR5, Double Cab, 4WD, Entune Audio Plus, Alloys, Towing Pkg, Carpet Mats with sill protectors. List/MSRP $32,150 (included destination charge). Paid $30,106 (b/f tax and $499 processing). Great truck. Some dealers would only move 2-4% but this one went 6.4% off.

    2012 TRD Sport - 4X2 :(
Okay, i have been watching this thread for some time now. I was on the fence regarding a purchase of a 2014 TRD OR DC truck. I currently have a 2012 Access Cab TRD Sport truck and I love the looks of it and most everything about it except for the lack of 4X4 and DC. With this being said; my 2012, on occasion does not start, and I have brought it back to Jeff Hunter Toyota here in Waco, Texas and they cannot find out what is wrong with it. The non-starting is completely random and frustrating. It is a brand new truck with 23k miles on it.

This brings me to my decision to not pay $30K + TTL for a little truck (not even half ton). I have always wanted a Toyota Tacoma since I was 16 but now that I have looked around and driven some other models I am not sure what we are paying for; other than resale value. The resale value is great but only if you plan on reselling your truck. I plan on keeping whatever I get for a very long time. Before i bought my Tacoma I researched it and thought Tacoma is the best bang for buck and suited my needs very well. I am not trying to rain on anyone's day but I would think a V-8 that gets 20-23 mpg in a full size 4X4 truck is much better than my consistent 20 mpg on my Tacoma in 4X2.

The Tundra Limited 4X4 is a gas hog but i love the options on it and if the above stealership had a better service department I would certainly like to buy a used one ($37K otd). As it stands now I am leaning towards a Z71. Please do not think I am bashing the Tacoma I just think someone should speak towards the utility and options of these trucks and until we all stop paying the 30K +TTL for less than half ton truck we will continue to pay it. Just some food for thought...
