"THE ORIGINAL" 2023 TACOMA TRD PRO COLOR "SOLAR OCTANE" THREAD

I hear Toyota is trying to deliver these in October. If that's true, someone's got a phone call or email about a new PRO?

 

I called my dealer at the beginning of the week about my deposit from May and there are no allocations as of yet for 2023 pros.

 

I got an allocation with vin. Apparently solar octane is +$425.

 

Are you in the states? I should have mentioned I’m in Canada.

 

I can't get a dealer in the south east to even guess when they will start seeing 2023 Pro's.....One told me not to expect to get one before May.

Yep in the US. And I agree on the paint - super strange its a charge now when it used to be included . Plus price went up like $2K over 2022.

whats the msrp on the 23? There’s another thread that shows it only went up $100 over 22

I was real annoyed that the white truck I wanted and finally got was the pearlescent premium up-charge.

But now that I've been driving around with it, um, it's really nice compared to flat white.

 

Looks like the red stitching is gone for the 23.....I was hoping for orange as an option for this color.

I love Wind Chill Pearl, its such a great color on the Sport, worth the premium.

 

I like the solar octane, but as a Gamecock fan, I think my brother would disown me if I bought an orange truck. Now my wife, a Clemson fan, would probably like it.
