    B7E23AAB-9E49-448C-B7A0-E52685A208CE.jpg Question for those that installed the OEM plastic cover back over the aluminum plate. Did you have to modify the plastic cover? Mine has three plastic pieces protruding from the underside that were designed for the OEM install and prevent a flush fit. Picture of one above.

    Why not cut those pieces off?

    I chose to not reinstall the plastic piece because I like having a flat surface when the tailgate is down.

    Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
    Can anyone confirm or clarify if these can be used with a V2 GFC?!
