    Well, talking to Amazon customer service paid off. I asked for a partial refund due to powder coat quality on the running boards and they gave me 30% back as an account credit.

    I think you've picked the right truck to stick it out with. The Frontier wouldn't handle your adventures as well as the Taco. Plus, the aftermarket support for Nissan is abysmal compared to Toyota. The only way I see you upgrading/changing is if you wind up needing a full size, because the new Taco certainly doesn't have anything to offer over a customized 3rd Gen. :thumbsup:
