Flagpole? Easy. 20 trucks wouldn't be hard, it's a free for all.

Bald eagle: we'd be spread over several sites.

I mean I could host a cookout at my place if folks wanted to tool around bald eagle. I can probably fit 20 trucks. Not much for camping though. You're inside bald eagle in about 10 minutes from my house.

Are 2WD Tacos allowed, or is that like feeling obligated to invite the weird smelly kid to your birthday party because your mom feels bad for him?

@Arcticelf I've always wanted to make it down to Flagpole

Bald eagle is beautiful and awesome, but unfortunately you're right, we'd need to be spread out over a ton of sites.

I've seen two pics of flagpole, and have a high desire to check that place out. My goal this summer is to get out and explore as much as possible.

Road trip this summer. It's only 4 hours for me, so about the same as Bald Eagle, and there's some cool back roads driving in the mountains.

Hopefully this summer is more camping trips and less wrenching or working.

Lets do it! Bald eagle is about 2 hours or less for me, and Michaux state forest is about an hour so I go to those places pretty often

That is my plan as well. I am leaving my second job ASAP, who knows it could be tonight after last night. Then I am going to focus on spending time with my family and outdoors. I still have a lot of little things, but am going to just enjoy the truck for where and what it is for a little bit. Once I have a season or two using it, then I can evaluate any mods that I "need" better.

I won't have my camping set up by then I don't think, but would like to get out a couple of times before the Maine trip to get used to my set-up and make any changes necessary. I'd rather do a couple smaller trips to dial my set-up in a little. If I could remember to grab a couple of measurements it would help in getting the rack started! Hopefully today i have a second to grab them.

    Amen!

One of my new year's resolutions was to get the Taco out on some serious road trips for spring/summer 2020, and use it for as much camping as possible. It's already set up for it - all I need is some warmer weather and places to go!

I'm picking up a RTT and having a rack built for it. I haven't camped aside from AOAA, in about 10 years. I need to figure out a load out plan for gear. I also just need to use my stuff and see what I need to do. One thing this build has taught me is to really know what you want/need before diving into it. It'll save you from buying the same thing 2 or 3 times. I wish I would've just spent the extra grand on the kings from the beginning! I don't have a need at this point, so maybe some day down the line it'll work out.
