I've been wondering what others would choose as their "perfect" truck to own. If you had the money, what would be your ultimate Tacoma?

    Year (any gen)
Trim (e.g. TRD OR Double Cab, etc.)

Stick a V8 in into a double cab, and I'd be one happy mofo...

Man I would love that from the factory. Like the old Dakota, but with reliability.

A taco with at least 400 horse and a bigger backseat. A better tailgate. Front diff locker. Glass roof or panoramic roof. I hope the Toyota engineers read this shit. Better rear end suspension. Air conditioned seats like the Lexus has.

My truck is OK but would really like it a lot more with two changes: D-4D diesel and manual shift transfer case.

For trucks that actually exist it's what I wanted. Took me a few months to find it, actually.

I would love to own a low mileage BJ70 LC that's already registered in CA so I wouldn't have to deal with the headache of getting it done in this state.

as the two main things my Tacoma are used for is hauling stuff, and towing stuff, including both at once when we're on extended road trips, here's my upgraded truck...

once I change out the stereo speakers, I'll be totally happy with it!

I’d buy it. I spent 38k on my baja. If they had all those other features plus my baja package I would buy it
