    I think I need to send mine back to him to have the anodizing redone. The salt here killed them last winter. I didn't know it would be problem. They are faded bad. I was going to paint them myself and try to replicate the fire effect. I think I could but it just wouldn't look the same.

    Yea, I thought he said that was the only one he had so far. I am waiting to see the finished all black one.

    My ultimate goal was to illuminate the entire inside of the grill with red lights, but just a little though so I don't get tickets from the po po. I was even going to put black window screen material over the radiator to help hide the aluminum look.

    Nah you'll never notice it and neither will your truck. The dust you'll accumulate in the fins over the years will block more air flow than paint ever could.
