    Actually, I've got you covered with the patented P.U.P.S.C.U.B.A.(Proprietary Underwater Pupper Self Contained Upchuck/Breathing Assister.) that I was going to suggest for you. It will not only help your doggo breathe underwater, which she will find helpful being strapped to YOUR truck, but will also recycle the vomit so your pupper may eat it at her own leisure.
