    Should be this weekend.

I'm taking off tomorrow and hope to have the remainder of my skids primed, and all bed lined and installed by Sunday. So I should be either not on at all or really chatty!

Does it count as a burger if I pan cooked a frozen patty indoors and then used sandwich bread as the bun?

Hum. Intresting question there. The patty screams burger yet the bread screams sandwich. We may need an expert opinion from @RobP62

Hell yee-uhhh it does! I grew up somewhat poor. Unless it was a special occasion, like our annual 4th of July block party, we only had Blue Ribbon bread in the house. It was used for stuffing, everyday meal butter bread, obviously toast for breakfast, lunch meat sandwiches, Italian bread with spaghetti, used to cook stewed tomatoes, and most definitely for hot dogs and hamburgers!

As a matter of fact, again, unless it was a special occasion, all our burgers were frozen, and were only cooked in a pan. I don't remember even owning a grill.

I mean if you think about it, it's rare to find places that actually cook burgers over coals enmass unless it is a true bbq place. No fast food place does it that way, and even Burger King just uses an open flame.

I'd have to say that a pan, which is just a small skillet or griddle, is the OG burger cook method!

You fancy Son of a Gun! Wine and BBQ sounds like a winner.

Are you sampling the bbq to see what will be catered?
