    Life just got weird. My fam is coming over for Easter. A friend that i have known for 3 yrs. Have done alot with her n her daughter, asked if i can host her fam for Easter supper. Silly me said yes. Than she said her fam is vegins. WHAT IS VEGIN? was thonking on doing venison neck straps n ribs for my fam. Should i do an elk roast for hers? Or a simple beef lasagna for hers.

    You would be surprised how many meat substitutes there are. A buddy of mine in New Mexico makes tacos and fajitas all the time. Vegan friendly chicken and shrimp lookalikes.
