So why did you make a new thread about this instead of posting in the megathread then?

    That's what it's for....plastidip.

hah i know what you mean that mega thread is big and finding answers is hard sometimes... i dipped my front bumper probably almost 3 months ago. i get pressure washes once a week and its still holding up really good. So far all i notice is some water streaks running down but only when its wet.. you will be good for a couple months, especially if your hand washing.

guys guess what i did! i painted my bumper with this spray rubber stuff! if you dont like it just peel it right off! it comes off super easy! i actually liked it black so i waved my magic wand over it and sprinkled it with pixi dust. now its super durabile and will never have issues with it rubbing off!!

Seriously post your question in the megathread. That's where all the plastidip fanboys hang out so you will get your answer in no time. That's why the mods made a megathread, so there wouldn't need to be new threads about this stuff.

i hand wash my truck like once a week! i did mine in may and just last week on pass side the “A” at the end of tacoma messed up. i redid just the “a” and all is good.

edit: i just put a tacoma on the tail gate in july and i did it too. all three are good and the emblem on the front grill looks like it did back in may when i did the doors.

So basically it will need to be maintained, every couple of months or so?

That's not so bad, it looks awesome and if you get tired of maintaining it just peel it all off?

idk. i may not have cleaned the “a” as good as i did the other side. i did pass side in kinda a rush before we got some rain. i used rubbing alcohol and a q tip and cotton ball to clean them all good. so if you take you’r time and clean them good should not have to maintain them. that is the only one that messed up. the grill emblem is still good.
