    It stays better than you think it would. If I took the pressure washer to it it may come off... But other than that, I feel pretty confident that it will stay for quite some time.

    actually holds up really well on my stock chrome emblems in the car wash and in the elements....cheap fast easy effective:cool:

    Well i was searching the wheel and tire thing and someone asked about plasti-dipping their wheels... and someone said ya do it it will hold up good... is that true? just seems unfathomable to me

    I know a guy who has plasti-dipped his wheels on his dirt bike. It has held up very well, no signs of wear really. And if anything does get marred, you can just touch it up

    Wow dude.. thats effin amazing... do you need to scuff the surface first.. the aforementioned guy that stated to do it on the wheels said he did his bumper w.o sanding.. just cleaned it good

    i got a can for my front valance and i am going to do that and an area on my rear bumper where it is dented with peeling paint. i have to wait for warmer weather though


    can you paint over the plasti dip? say i wanted gunmetal color rims, but may someday want them back to stock / dont want to do all the work to paint them the right way? or should i just do the work to get the painted correctly?

    does it scratch easily in the sense that when i get new tires ill need them ballanced?? like will putting the tires on scratch them up really bad?? i think i might wait to do it till i get bigger tires on my truck so i dont have to touch it up
