The only problem I had with the wheel weights was getting the note card to stay in place with a light breeze. Painted anthracite grey and it looks awesome... still waiting for above freezing weather to post up photos on the truck.

Have a anthracite wheel kit coming... :D

How warm does it have to be to do this? 40+?

I don't think the outside temp matters I think you have to keep the cans warm. I put mine in front of a space heater to get them nice and toasty. I usually put them there and then prep my area i.e. clean, tape by the time I am done, the cans are warm and I go to town.
But you gotta realize it doesn't get that cold here in Dallas, like it probably does in Cape Cod, so your MMV.

I would recommend doing your front badge in just spray paint its much easier to touch up ... i dipped mine and after the first time it chipped i went and just bought black spray paint cause its way easier to touch it up if it chips

my stock aluminum wheels are starting to get real pitted, corroded, and all-around deathly looking
didn't plan on it... but, looks like i'm gonna be joining the plasti-dipped wheels crowd soon

i plastidipped part of my rocker panel when it was 11 degrees... hahaha
inbetween coats i just put in front of the dash vents and blasted it with heat
otherwise, your plastidip will come out about the consistency of cottage cheese when it gets real cold

Looking for recommendations on how to do these.. Do I remove them? or just tape off the lugs? Should I spray the center cap too?

Me personally, I would take the wheels off to derp. Leave the lugs and outer trim ring silver. Does that come off? Definitely dip the center cap.

It's like a dark metallic grey that dries flat. There are little metallic flakes in it. Tomorrow I will take a close up picture in the sun.

Thanks to all. I will def want that for my wheels if I decide.
All I saw was the black at my local store. Dipped my front emblem, just to check it out. really cool stuff.
