Probably going to do my wheels this spring. Questions though - Is it a pain to do around the wheel weights? I'm running stockers with traditional balance weights. I'm thinking good cleaning with a brush, make sure really dry and spray away. Right? The other question is color. MGM truck with antricite might be too much - black might be better. Your thoughts?

Black. Also put like a garbage bag around the brakes and what not if your keeping the wheels on the truck

I did my rims last fall. I cleaned them real good with a degreaser, and I armour all the rubber real thick. Four coats and they are standing up well to winter (salt)! Can't wait 'til spring to do some more (doesn't go on very well in sub-zero temps). Just spray over the wheel weights and the tire, it'll peel right off the tire. I used different valve stem covers for application.

The only problem I had with the wheel weights was getting the note card to stay in place with a light breeze. Painted anthracite grey and it looks awesome... still waiting for above freezing weather to post up photos on the truck.

I don't think the outside temp matters I think you have to keep the cans warm. I put mine in front of a space heater to get them nice and toasty. I usually put them there and then prep my area i.e. clean, tape by the time I am done, the cans are warm and I go to town.
But you gotta realize it doesn't get that cold here in Dallas, like it probably does in Cape Cod, so your MMV.

I would recommend doing your front badge in just spray paint its much easier to touch up ... i dipped mine and after the first time it chipped i went and just bought black spray paint cause its way easier to touch it up if it chips
